Last updated: July 10, 2026

Bertrand Clinical Label is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want as many people as possible to be able to find information about our clinical and booklet labels, request a quote, and contact our team.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. We consider our website to be partially conformant, meaning that some parts of the content may not yet fully meet the standard, and we are actively working to improve.

Accessibility Menu

This website includes a free, built-in accessibility menu — look for the accessibility button in the lower-left corner of every page. It lets you tailor the site to your needs, with no plugins or downloads, and your settings are saved on your device. Options include:

  • Ready-made profiles: Vision Impaired, Dyslexia Friendly, ADHD Friendly, Seizure Safe, and Motor Impaired;
  • Larger text, readable and dyslexia-friendly fonts, and extra letter/line spacing;
  • High contrast, invert colors, grayscale, and saturation adjustments;
  • A reading guide and reading mask, enhanced focus highlighting, a larger cursor, link highlighting, paused motion, and the option to hide images.

Measures We Take

Beyond the accessibility menu, our website is built with accessibility in mind, including:

  • A "Skip to main content" link and semantic landmark regions (header, navigation, main, and footer);
  • Descriptive text alternatives (alt text) for meaningful images;
  • A single, clear page heading structure and descriptive link text;
  • A responsive layout that supports zoom and works across screen sizes;
  • Keyboard-operable navigation and visible focus indicators; and
  • Color and text choices intended to support readable contrast.

Ongoing Effort & Roadmap

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We periodically review the site using automated tools and manual checks, and we prioritize fixes to any issues that affect the ability to navigate the site or complete key tasks. Our current focus areas include refining heading order, color contrast, and form labeling across all pages.

Third-Party Content

Some content on our site may be provided by third parties (for example, an embedded map). We do not control the accessibility of third-party content, but we are happy to provide the same information in an alternative format on request.

Feedback & Reporting an Issue

We welcome your feedback. If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our website, or need information in a different format, please let us know and we will do our best to help and to correct the issue:
